Our suppliers range from traditional family businesses through new emerging enterprises to local smallholders. Many are fellow farmers some of whom, like ourselves, have had to diversify to meet the demands of modern farming and food production.

By choosing local suppliers we are supporting our rural community whilst having access to the freshest possible food. We also aim to raise awareness of the need for British farmers and producers to earn a living wage by receiving a fair price for the food they produce.
